Set in Meredith Dairy’s newly opened café and store in the heart of the township of Meredith, this event will spotlight the paddock-to-plate journey, with a special focus on the exceptional dairy capretto.
Each course will show case the produce from the farm matched with local wines. Hear about the challenges and highlights of the journey from wool growers to cheese makers and the expansion beyond dairy to promote the delicious, and often overlooked, dairy goat meat.
